This website is operated by The Cornwall Residential Landlords’ Association. We are registered in England and Wales as a company limited by guarantee under company number 5363025, and have our registered address at Rohirrim, Penhallow, Truro, Cornwall TR4 9NB.

2. Accessing This Site
2.1. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on this Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
2.2. We restrict access to some parts of this Site, or this entire Site, to CRLA members who have registered with us.
2.3. Members who are provided with a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or cease to be a member for any reason.

2.4. Cookies on this website

5.4 Advertising
5.4.1 The accuracy of all advertising material placed on this site, whether placed by members advertising properties for rental or sale, prospective tenants advertising for suitable properties or trade advertisers is the responsibility of the advertiser, and any responder to any advertisement should ensure for him or herself the accuracy of the advertisement. All advertisements are accepted for publication by us on the agreement that we have not checked any descriptions, claims, ownership or accuracy of the advertisement placed.
5.4.2 All advertisements will not be displayed until paid for in full in advance, and we reserve the right not to display an advertisement on this website. In a case whereby an advertisement is paid for and we decide not to display it, for whatever reason, the full sum paid shall be refunded, without any interest or other monetary compensation.

This Site may contain material submitted and created by third parties including other Site users. We exclude all liability for any illegality arising from or error, omission or inaccuracy in such material and we take no responsibility for such material.
