To be eligible to join the Cornwall Residential Landlords' Association, members must either let one or more residential properties situated in Cornwall, including letting rooms to lodgers, or must act on behalf of individuals who let properties for residential purposes in the area.

Annual membership of the CRLA is £59 per year for a Landlord, and £116 per year for a Letting Agency. Membership is renewable annually.
