Membership is open to all landlords, as well as letting agents and management agents, operating in Cornwall. The annual membership fee for a landlord is currently £55, or £110 for an agent. The agent’s fees can be reduced in future years if a landlord referred by them joins the Association.

Assistance is available to member landlords in the ‘members only’ section which contains free downloads of the documents you need to run your business as well as general advice & information.
