Welcome to the website for the Cornwall Residential Landlords' Association.

Landlords who let out residential properties of all kinds in Cornwall are eligible to join the Association. The annual membership subscription is currently £55. Owning and letting residential properties is becoming increasing onerous as a result of a plethora of Government regulations. To help landlords who are members, there is a 'members only' section in which information can be found which will be useful to residential landlords in trying to keep up to date in the ever moving minefield of property letting.
